Local Manhattan Construction President John Snyder added, "We became
involved for two reasons, one, it was a tough challenge given the nature of
the materials specified and the budget restrictions and two, Manhattan, as a
national company, has never been involved in anything like this in any of our
markets.

by Wendy Evans Joseph of New York City, deliberated in Tulsa for a full day,
reviewing the site options on the 23 acres, and then the drawings and
schematics presented by the entrants.
Winning entries are constructed of steel, plastic, rope, aluminum, live
plants and other materials.

and resulted in 45 invitations and 35 submissions., is to promote traditional fine arts in the fields of
painting, drawing and sculpture, to produce and promote art exhibits that
foster understanding and interpretation of traditional art heritage and
