NEW YORK, In response to increased demands by
employers and recruiters for highly qualified multi-ethnic job candidates, the
National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) will
re-launch the NAMIC Job Bank on Monday, July 12, 2005.

returning to school for an advanced degree or a second degree and the
remaining students specified that they were not actively looking for jobs.

"The results of the survey are an encouraging sign for students entering
