regional and state governing bodies that own and operate commercial
airports in the United States and Canada. The Court has
already accepted new collective-bargaining agreements with the International
Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) District Lodge 141
representing ticket agents, reservations agents, commissary, clerical, ramp
cargo and contract services workers , as well as the Association of Flight
Attendants (AFA), the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), and the Transport
Workers Union (TWU) representing dispatchers and schedulers.
