The Managing Automation Progressive Manufacturer of the Year Award
recognizes a manufacturer who has mastered the technological and business
disciplines needed to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage in the

November 9, 2005 .
To be considered for the award, CIOs must first be nominated and meet
certain criteria including: Hold the position of CIO or senior IT executive
at a Northeast Ohio based company (or local subsidiary ), have a minimum of
three years of IT executive experience and demonstrate innovative leadership
through effective use of technology.
"This award is evidence of what can happen when a group of talented
