Jamaican Man Sentenced to 6 1/2 Years for Illegal Reentry Reports U.S. Attorney

Etre, Special
Agent in Charge of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement in New England,
announced today that CLARENCE EARLE, also known as ERIC ALLEN , also known as
LAMONT TIPPETT, also known as THEODORE WILSON, age 37, of Jamaica, was
sentenced yesterday by Chief U. Wolf to 6 and one
half years' imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release.

during trial proved that the defendant had been deported from the United
States twice, first from Denver in 1991 and then again from Boston in 2002.

On November 14, 2005 a jury convicted EARLE of illegal reentry of a
removed alien in violation of 8 U. Section 1326. Attorney Seth P.
