African Americans than ever before own their

America -- African American History Month.C. It's an
honor you're here, really
appreciate you coming. The courage and the dignity of these women helped rouse the
conscience of
a complacent nation. That victory was a milestone in the history of civil rights. That conviction
is every bit at true today as
it was in 1926. Last year, the Small Business Administration increased
the number
of loans to African American businesses by 42 percent.5 million new minority homeowners

us, to
preserve our liberty by bringing the promise of freedom to millions across the
world.
