Following consultation with the Offices of the Majority Leader of the
House and the Majority Leader of the Senate, and in consideration of
potential scheduling difficulties for those traveling out of state
during the days immediately preceding February 8th, I am respectfully
submitting this amended request regarding the budget address. He is a former Board
President of the Oregon State Board of Nursing and has served on the Oregon
Nursing Leadership Council.
