WHAT: The National Federation of Community Broadcasters (NFCB), a
30-year-old grassroots membership organization of community radio
stations around the country, convenes its thirtieth annual conference
in Baltimore this week where member stations will attend sessions for
training and explore issues that impact noncommercial radio like
emerging technologies, diversity, localism and media consolidation .
