any oversight or standards for those agencies which go into private homes and
assist older Pennsylvanians with the most personal type of care, such as
bathing and grooming," said Vicki Hoak, PHA Executive Director. "As
Pennsylvania's elderly population grows, and more people want to remain in
their own homes, we must assure that there are standards in place to protect
our most vulnerable citizens.
