Both the Republicans and Democrats in Congress continue to have high
negative ratings this month

negative numbers, however, range from 44 percent for Speaker Hastert to 47

government to address -- without prompting or using a list -- the war is
mentioned by the most
number of people (24%) while Social Security is second
