WHAT: The National Federation of Community Broadcasters (NFCB) , a
30-year-old grassroots membership organization of community radio
stations around the country , convenes its thirtieth annual conference
in Baltimore this week where member stations will attend sessions for
training and explore issues that impact noncommercial radio like
emerging technologies , diversity, localism and media consolidation. This full-day event will feature

and other experts who will help non-profits make the most of their
