Both the Republicans and Democrats in Congress continue to have high
negative ratings this month. House Speaker Dennis Hastert, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and
House Majority Leader Tom DeLay all have 28 percent positive ratings .hieurope. It leads, strengthens and supports an expanded
response aimed at preventing transmission of HIV, providing care and support,
reducing the vulnerability of individuals and communities to HIV/AIDS, and
alleviating the impact of the epidemic.

presidency last month which were 44 percent positive and 56 percent negative.

Over half of adults (55%) believe that things in the United States have
