As a Section Corporate Sponsor, the National Arbitration Forum
will seek to heighten awareness among over 27,000 TIPS members of
out-of-court solutions for resolving disputes

The National Arbitration Forum (NAF) announced today that it has
entered into a two-year sponsorship of work of the Tort Trial and
Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
As a Section Corporate Sponsor, NAF will participate and
collaborate in a variety of initiatives to heighten awareness of its
full spectrum of alternative dispute resolution solutions with TIPS
members, including eight major Section meetings during 2005-2006, a
survey of TIPS members during early 2005, and various CLE
presentations.
