Comptroller General Warns of Potential Abuse of
Loosely Drawn Employee Evaluation Scheme

WASHINGTON, In a report issued to Congress
yesterday, the General Accountability Office warned of potential problems with
the new personnel scheme for Department of Homeland Security employees that
