liberalization will be unlikely to cause disruption. We must reduce our federal budget
deficit. We must reduce the drain that government borrowing puts on financial
markets.
Seven U. presidents have now come to view positive relations with China
as central to American foreign policy. Throughout the day,
speakers will present projects and creative approaches that exemplify the
intersection of art, landscape design and the natural or built environment.
