Eric Hanson teaches comparative politics (Asia), arms control, and
religion and politics. Author of The Catholic Church in World Politics
(Princeton University Press) and Catholic Politics in China and Korea,
Hanson was the 1992 winner of the prestigious Brutocao Prize for
excellence in teaching, and recently completed a five-year stint
chairing the committee that revamped the SCU Core Curriculum.
