a responsible budget that reins in spending to limits not seen in years. We send our
condolences and prayers to the entire King family. I particularly want to thank my

budget framework that protects America, helps economic growth, funds our
priorities, and keeps us on track to cut the deficit in half by 2009.C. The American
people expect all of us from both parties to work diligently as to how we
spend their money.
