cooperative agreement regarding the approximately 7,000-seat Jerome-Duncan
Ford Theatre at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights, MI, it was announced today
by Tom Wilson, President and CEO of PS+E.

regarding all booking and marketing for the venue, utilizing PS+E's experience
and national reputation which have made The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy
Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival among the top facilities in
