principle to grant sweeping rights to Take2 Interactive, Inc. It is the centerpiece of "Join the
Major Leagues @ your library ," a program created to celebrate and promote two
American classics -- baseball and libraries -- while heightening awareness of
21st Century literacy skills, such as using computers and other media and
