The grant will provide funding for a part-time counselor to offer an
additional 60 counseling sessions each month at UCP's newest Center, located
in Pine Hills -- an identified low-income area with a per capita income of
$16,777. Packard previously was executive director at Aspen's
NorthStar Center in Bend, Oregon. Dr. from
the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and went on to complete his
residency in general psychiatry at the University of Vermont Medical Center in
Burlington , Vermont.
