TEMPLE UNIVERSITY STUDY DEMONSTRATES EFFECTIVENESS OF LOW-CARB IN HUNGER
MANAGEMENT AND REDUCTION OF CARB CRAVINGS

A new study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine lends evidence
that helps refute the common claims that low-carbohydrate nutritional
approaches, such as Atkins, only result in weight loss because of water loss
