inaugural entry into the Regional Government Securities Market (RGSM). Errol Cort, during
his opening statements explained that "one of the reasons for entering the
regional market is to be able to restructure the country's loan portfolio, to

free up revenue streams, so that the government will now have the capacity to

Wednesday's event followed an extensive Road Show programme where
technicians from the Ministry of Finance headed by the Finance Minister joined

and Barbuda Government securities which will take the form of treasury bills
and a long term bond.
