This restoration effort was stipulated in the 2003 Colorado River
Quantification Settlement Agreement and Salton Sea ecosystem
restoration legislation.
The plan will be submitted to the State Legislature for review and
action. The Company plans
to report its first quarter results in mid-January 2006 and circulate a
prospectus supplement containing these results prior to the expiration of
the $8 subscription period. A registration statement relating to
these securities has been filed with and has been declared effective by the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
