A panel of nurse leaders and Cherokee professionals will choose 12 winners
who best meet the program's key requirements: exceptional service, sacrifice
and innovation. Multiple nominations of the same
individual will count as a single nomination.

"It's easy to forget that nurses are human and that sometimes they need to

Candidates may be nominated in two of the following categories but can
only win in one: Registered Nurses (RNs); Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs);
Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs); Student
Nurses; and other Non-Physician Healthcare Professionals.

Additional winners in each category will receive
