PRESS RELEASE California Art Club Presents 'Urban California' Art Exhibition

The artwork includes a busy San Francisco street scene complete with
a cable car, as well as scenes from two of Los Angeles ' multicultural gems
-- Chinatown and Olvera Street.

The featured paintings represent works of many of the state's top
contemporary-traditional fine artists, including Max Boas, Douglas Paul
Morgan, Po Pin Lin, Walter McNall, Nancy Popenoe, Scott Prior, Gerald Rahm,
Junn Roca, Kevin Short , Yisun Wei, and Keith Wicks.

"URBAN CALIFORNIA"

The California Art Club will present at its gallery at The Old Mill the
exhibition "Urban California," a selection of approximately 30 original
paintings that spotlight city life in the Golden State's famed metropolitan

Exhibitions included Robert
Mapplethorpe , Irving Penn, David Bailey, Helmut Newton, Richard Avedon, Robert
Frank, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Tom Wesselman, as well as a
number of young contemporary American artists such as Jack Pierson and
Richmond Burton, among others.
Filippo Tattoni-Marcozzi, Hamiltons Gallery Manager for the past five
years, will maintain his position in London while also undertaking the
position of Director and Curator of Goss Gallery.

galleries of late 20th century photography, Hamiltons embarked on a major
refurbishment in 2000 and its exhibition schedule has evolved to include a
diverse selection of contemporary paintings.
"Hamiltons Gallery is delighted to be associated with Goss Gallery and is
proud to have a hand in bringing a new, exciting art venue to Dallas.
The 3,200 square foot Gallery is being designed by the Dallas-based team
