teams who have advanced from the preliminary qualifiers will be
divided into 2 groups, 4 teams each. The 3rd place teams in each
league play two matches home and away against each other and in
November the winner plays against the 4th place team in the CONCACAF
qualifiers where the winner will advance to the 2006 FIFA World
Cup (TM).
